Resid.ai for building management companies
This page is for companies that manage one or more buildings on behalf of the co-owners. Once the building accepts a mandate, the company gets a dedicated space to track collections, issue invoices and view the mandate sheet.
Tasks entrusted by the building appear in the same place, with the rights set by the mandate. The management company can also take out the building’s subscription itself.
What the app brings to your management company
Time saved
Reminders for unpaid charges sent from the app, quote requests to artisans tracked in one place, and a space where residents find their charges and their assistant before calling you.
Lower risk
Every quote request keeps its messages and versions, maintenance visits are kept in a history, and contracts are signed in the app with a fingerprint computed by the server.
A clear start
The building gives you a mandate through a vote won by its owners; you then work only on the buildings that mandated you.
Loyal residents
Residents and building management earn credits to use in the rewards catalogue, and every account has a referral code.
Predictable pricing
A price per resident, in tiers, with a monthly minimum. All prices are before tax.
Estimate with your own assumptions
The suggested values are assumptions: replace them with yours. The subscription cost comes from the tiers in force.
Internal hourly cost is a full cost: gross salary, social charges and allocated overhead (office rent, electricity, equipment and software). Enter it directly or calculate it with your monthly assumptions; no suggested amount is an established fact.
Estimate based on your assumptions, not a commitment
- Monthly subscription (before tax)
- $920
- Estimated time freed per month
- 10 h
- Value of that time
- $300
- Estimated difference (time value − subscription)
- -$620
Source: subscription computed from the price grid published on this page; hours, hourly rate and time share saved are your assumptions above.
With these assumptions, time savings alone do not cover the subscription.
Other possible benefits — fewer errors, fewer calls and more independent residents — are not quantified here. Freed time value is neither income nor guaranteed cash savings.
This calculation is not a commitment to any result.

Short questions
Who gives access to the management space?
The building invites the company and approves the mandate. Without an active mandate, the space stays closed.
Can the company pay instead of the building?
No. The company tracks and invoices, but no payment is made from its space.
Who can take out the subscription?
The building committee, the owners’ council or the management company can take out the subscription.
Credits and referral
- Residents earn credits and use them in the rewards catalogue.
- The building's collective pot receives credits (a share of matching fees, a commission share on referred professionals); building management uses it in the catalogue, and spending goes through a majority vote.
- Each account has a single referral code. For a referred professional, the referrer receives a share of Resid.ai's commission, never of the service amount.
- A management company can create a referral code for its company and view the pot of the buildings that mandated it, but does not build up credits in its own name. Credits of a building or a management company are never withdrawn as cash.
A pot managed in full transparency
- Time saved: with an active mandate and the right granted by the building, the management company proposes a spend on the building's behalf, and can never keep or withdraw the credits.
- Funds kept safe: depending on the amount, direct payment, dual approval by the manager and the committee president, or an owners' vote, with thresholds set per currency.
- Trust: for a large spend only owners vote, once each; credits are held during the vote, then paid or returned to the pot.
- Overview: the management company sees one credit counter per managed building and a total, then opens a building's pot in one click.
- Transparency: every resident, owner or tenant, sees their building's spending history — date, purpose, amount, approval and vote result — with no private data.
Cleaning and repairs with photo proof: workers get a limited access to their own tasks only, and you receive a dated report.
Pay building workers in a few clicks: amount computed from the contract, approved hours or absences, invoice attached, and a monthly statement written into the budget.
What Resid.ai earns
- Subscription: per registered resident for committees and management companies, see pricing. Residents have no plan to pay.
- Commission on collected charges: 1.5%, separate from the subscription.
- Commission on credit settlements to professionals: 10%, taken on credit settlements to professionals, under the conditions shown before ordering.
- Credits returned: part of what Resid.ai earns comes back as credits (10% on your eligible personal payments, 5% on the building's, 5% for a referrer for 12 months).
- Resid.ai does not collect money from Residents on behalf of the Committee and does not hold building funds.
