What Resid.ai earns
- Subscription: per registered resident for committees and management companies, see pricing. Residents have no plan to pay.
- Commission on collected charges: 1.5%, separate from the subscription.
- Commission on credit settlements to professionals: 10%, taken on credit settlements to professionals, under the conditions shown before ordering.
- Credits returned: part of what Resid.ai earns comes back as credits (10% on your eligible personal payments, 5% on the building's, 5% for a referrer for 12 months).
- Resid.ai does not collect money from Residents on behalf of the Committee and does not hold building funds.
Which plan for which profile?
The committee, owners’ council and management company use one Building management subscription: charges, invoices, votes and resident requests, priced by registered resident in tiers. Rights still depend on role and each building’s mandate, without a second subscription for the same building. Artisans compare Discovery, Pro and Unlimited by the replies they need. Home services have a separate appointment journey with no monthly plan; see their page for existing conditions.
How to choose your plan in three steps
Step one: choose the plan for your building-management or artisan role. Step two: create your account with email or Google and confirm your address. Step three: review the full summary before any payment, then complete the corresponding subscription. Home services follow appointments without a monthly subscription. The committee can then invite residents, each with free access to their workspace.
What you keep, regardless of the plan
Residents keep a free portal with their payments, documents, votes, and tracking for their reports. The app remains available in six languages and installs on mobile phones. Data is hosted in the European Union (Ireland). Notifications can be configured by category, and the emergency button stays visible on every screen.
For Artisans: choosing between Découverte, Pro, and Illimité
With Découverte, you respond to 2 requests per month at no cost: it's a great starting point to see how clients respond to your profile. With Pro, you get 10 responses per month and priority visibility; each additional response costs 4,00 € excluding tax, which becomes less advantageous if you regularly respond to many requests. With Illimité, you respond as much as needed, display the "Verified Artisan" badge, and receive urgent alerts for your trades and area.

Does the price change if new residents sign up? Yes, it scales with the number of registered residents, with a monthly minimum of 60,00 € excluding tax for building committees and management companies. Invited residents pay nothing. What happens if I exceed my monthly responses as an Artisan? With Pro, each additional response is billed at 4,00 € excluding tax; with Illimité, there is no limit. Can I test before paying? The Découverte plan for Artisans is free, and residents access their portal for free. Building committees can chat with the team via the Contact page before deciding.
