Resid.ai for taxi drivers
This page is for licensed taxi drivers. Registered residents can request a ride from the app, and the request is offered to drivers in the area. The driver accepts or declines each request from their space.

Yes, each request can be accepted or declined.
The driver is alerted on their device as soon as a ride is offered to them; the rider learns right away that the ride is accepted, or that no driver is available. Everyone can turn off this type of alert or switch off a device.
How to be paid in credits
Your benefits
- Accepting credits shows your services to clients in your area, in their catalogue.
- The client validates the job; without an answer, payment is automatic after the delay in force.
- You choose: rewards catalogue or a withdrawal request, reserved for verified professionals.
- You set your price in your currency and choose to accept credits.
- The client pays in credits or by card.
- Resid.ai keeps its commission.
- The job is done and validated by the client, and your credits reach your counter.
- You use them in your catalogue or withdraw them at the credit value.
- You invoice the client yourself, directly.
- Resid.ai is not the seller of the service.
- Withdrawals are processed by hand.
- The counter and withdrawals concern professionals only.
A resident, a building or a professional can refer you: their share comes from the Resid.ai commission, never from your settlement.
Paid in credits or by card, you receive the same amount: only the commission on the job is kept, never a second one when you withdraw.
What Resid.ai earns
- Subscription: per registered resident for committees and management companies, see pricing. Residents have no plan to pay.
- Commission on collected charges: 1.5%, separate from the subscription.
- Commission on credit settlements to professionals: 10%, taken on credit settlements to professionals, under the conditions shown before ordering.
- Credits returned: part of what Resid.ai earns comes back as credits (10% on your eligible personal payments, 5% on the building's, 5% for a referrer for 12 months).
- Resid.ai does not collect money from Residents on behalf of the Committee and does not hold building funds.
For residents: order a ride from the app
In the app, set your pickup location using your current position, your home, or another address, then enter your destination, the number of passengers, and a note for the driver—such as luggage or a specific floor. You can choose an immediate ride or schedule one for a specific time. The estimated fare is displayed before confirmation based on the official Ministry of Transport tariff; you are billed whichever is higher between mileage or time, and the fare tier depends on the day and time of the ride. You can then track the ride status and view the driver's profile.
For drivers: a clear, verified profile
Enter your vehicle license plate: the make, model, and number of seats are pre-filled from the public registry. Your taxi operating license is verified by the team, and you can continue working while it is under review. If you drive on behalf of a registered company, you can provide its registration number, which is checked automatically; leaving this field blank has no impact.
Rides suited to your vehicle
Rides requiring more passengers than your vehicle can carry are not offered to you. You accept, start, and complete the ride directly from the app. The pick-up address is only shared once you have accepted.
Fees and payouts
The ride price follows the official tariff, to which app ordering fees are added and displayed before confirmation. Resid.ai's fees are detailed in the box above. Payment methods available in your city are displayed before confirming the ride. Payouts can be viewed in the driver area.
Availability
The taxi service is rolling out city by city. If it is not yet available in your city, you can let us know via the Contact page: we take this into account when opening upcoming areas.
Frequently asked questions
Can the price change after booking? The final price is recalculated by Resid.ai at the actual time of the request, which is why an estimate is displayed before confirming. Can I cancel a ride? Yes, from the ride tracking screen. How are drivers verified? Through their taxi operating license and their vehicle, both checked by the Resid.ai team.
