Resid.ai does not hold your building's money. The Committee keeps its bank account, its authorized signatories, and control over its funds.

Payments made in cash, by check, or by bank transfer are simply tracked within the app; Resid.ai does not process or execute them.

Yes. The resident space is free. The building’s charges and the services ordered remain payable.

A 1.5% commission applies to charges collected through the platform. It is separate from the subscription, and the payment provider’s fees are added.

One app for all building life

Resid.ai brings together in one place everything usually lost between emails, group chats, and spreadsheets: dues to collect, supplier invoices, votes, resident reports, and Artisan service requests. Everyone logs in with their role and only sees what matters to them. A resident checks their payments and reports an issue in seconds. The building committee tracks accounts, prepares votes, and responds to requests. The management company oversees multiple buildings from a single account.

For residents: simple, free, and clear

Residents access their portal for free, with no paid plan. Everyone finds their upcoming dues and payment history, building documents, open votes, and the status of each report. An emergency button remains accessible on every screen: press and hold for three seconds to prevent accidental taps. The app can be used in French, Hebrew, English, Russian, Arabic, and Spanish, with right-to-left layout for Hebrew and Arabic. It installs directly on your phone like an app, without going through an app store.

For committees and managers: fewer reminders, greater transparency

The committee sees at a glance the current balance, resident balances, monthly expenses, and overdue payments. It can update monthly dues, add a one-time expense, or request an amount from a single resident. Votes take place remotely, with a question, a deadline, and clear results visible to everyone. Each resident can view the committee invoices that apply to them, cutting down on disputes over "who paid what." For Artisans, home services, and other professionals

Artisans receive repair and trade requests from buildings and residents, send quotes and track missions. Home services list their activities and follow appointments in a separate journey. The Unlimited plan’s Verified Artisan badge depends on ID or licence checks. Maintenance companies, insurance brokers, taxi drivers and municipal services each have their own workspace.

Credits to reward your activity

When a resident or building makes an eligible payment via Resid.ai, a portion of Resid.ai's revenue is returned as reward credits: 10% on personal payments and 5% on building payments, shared among residents. Credits can be redeemed in the reward catalog, and referrals earn you even more. Details are available on the Credits and Rewards page.

Your data and privacy

Data and files are hosted within the European Union (Ireland). You stay in control of your information: exporting your data and deleting your account are available directly from your profile, and notifications can be customized by category. Emergency alerts cannot be turned off. Payment reminders are only sent after committee confirmation.

How to get started

Create your account using your email or Google, verify your address, and choose your role. A building committee or management company then selects its plan and invites residents; a resident joins their building using the invitation they received.
