Resid.ai does not hold your building's money. The Committee keeps its bank account, its authorized signatories, and control over its funds.
Payments made in cash, by check, or by bank transfer are simply tracked within the app; Resid.ai does not process or execute them.

What Resid.ai earns
- Subscription: per registered resident for committees and management companies, see pricing. Residents have no plan to pay.
- Commission on collected charges: 1.5%, separate from the subscription.
- Commission on credit settlements to professionals: 10%, taken on credit settlements to professionals, under the conditions shown before ordering.
- Credits returned: part of what Resid.ai earns comes back as credits (10% on your eligible personal payments, 5% on the building's, 5% for a referrer for 12 months).
- Resid.ai does not collect money from Residents on behalf of the Committee and does not hold building funds.
What each plan includes
Building management: one subscription covers the committee, owners’ council or management company at the same price. Track charges and payments, centralize invoices, organize remote votes, handle reports and repair requests, and notify residents. Pricing follows registered residents, not units.
Access still follows each role. A management company follows several mandated buildings from its workspace; this does not create a second subscription for the same building. Resident tiers and the monthly minimum remain unchanged.
Residents: the resident portal is free. It includes payments, documents, votes, reports, and notifications.
How building pricing is calculated
For a committee or management company, the price is 3,90 € excluding tax per registered resident per month for the first 80 residents, with tiered discounts beyond (3,40 € excluding tax from 81 to 300 residents, 2,90 € excluding tax from 301 upward). A monthly minimum of 60,00 € excluding tax applies. For example, a building with 50 registered residents pays 195 € excluding tax per month (50 times 3,90 €). A building with 10 registered residents is billed at the minimum of 60 € excluding tax, since 10 times 3,90 € would only amount to 39 €. VAT of 20% is added based on the billing country. There are no setup fees.

Découverte is free and includes 2 responses per month to customer requests: ideal for trying out Resid.ai. Pro costs 79,00 € excluding tax per month, includes 10 responses per month, offers additional responses at 4,00 € excluding tax each, and gives your profile priority visibility in listings. Illimité costs 129,00 € excluding tax per month, offering unlimited responses, the "Verified Artisan" badge following ID or license verification, and instant in-app alerts for urgent requests matching your trades and area. Pro and Illimité plans can currently be activated upon request via the Contact page.
Subscription, commissions, and credits: who pays what?
The subscription pays for the tool and does not depend on the payments you receive. Commissions only apply when a payment goes through Resid.ai: their details appear in the "What Resid.ai earns" box above. Credits are a reward: you cannot purchase them with money, and they are used in the rewards catalog. Only verified professionals can request to withdraw their credits.
