Resid.ai for municipalities
This page is for municipal services. Residents report a road or public-space problem from the app, with a photo and location.
The municipal space shows these reports on a map, lets you publish announcements to the city’s residents and show available appointments. Each agent sees only the data of their own city.

A simple channel between residents and city hall
Every day, residents notice issues that fall under the municipality's responsibility: a broken street lamp, a damaged sidewalk, illegal dumping. Resid.ai allows them to report these right from their building's app, complete with location and a photo, rather than having to call or send a letter. The request arrives structured, making it easy for municipal services to sort.
A clear request from the start
Every report records the address, a description of the issue, a photo, and a tracking number. Requests are categorized by type, such as roadways or street lighting. The municipal department does not have to ask for further details to understand where the problem is located and what it involves.
Tracking visible to the resident
Residents can view the list of their requests sent to city hall, each with a clear status, from receipt to resolution. When the municipal department updates the status of a request, the resident sees it and receives a notification. They no longer need to follow up to know whether their report has been taken into account, which also reduces repeated inquiries for the same issue.
A dedicated space for municipal services
City hall departments have a dedicated workspace to open each received request, process it, and update its status. This workspace is part of the application: there is no additional software to install. Requests are stored along with their history, which is useful for tracking interventions.
For buildings: the link with the municipality
Building committees and property management companies also benefit: an issue on the public road in front of the building can be reported without sending a letter, and the progress remains viewable. Residents appreciate seeing that their report has a tracking number and a clear status.
Rolling out city by city
The municipal service is launched municipality by municipality. If your municipality would like to offer it to its residents, reach out to us via the Contact page: we can arrange a 30-minute discovery call to show how it works, what information is collected for each report, and how requests are handled.
An example journey
A resident notices a broken street lamp in front of their building. They open the app, select "lighting", add the location and a photo, then submit the request. A tracking number is displayed immediately. The municipal department opens the request, takes charge of it, and marks it "in progress"; the resident receives a notification. Once the work is done, the request changes to "resolved" and the resident is informed. The entire journey remains viewable in their request list.
Data protection
Data and files are hosted within the European Union (Ireland). The information in a report is strictly limited to what is necessary to handle the request: location, description, photo, and tracking contact details. Residents can request an export or the deletion of their data directly from their profile.
