Pot and credits
Refer a taxi or a professional
Recommend a taxi or a professional. Once verified, you receive a share of the Resid.ai commission on each of their validated settlements.
- 1. I refer: I share my code or my link.
- 2. The professional is verified by the Resid.ai team.
- 3. I receive a share of the commission on each validated settlement.
The referred professional pays nothing more: the share comes from the Resid.ai commission.
Eligible: taxis, artisans and home services, maintenance companies. Not eligible: insurance, municipality, emergency and management companies.
An individual or a building uses these credits in the catalogue, without cash withdrawal; only a verified professional can withdraw.
Pot and credits
Credits earned on spending, usable in the rewards catalogue.
How it works
- Earn: part of Resid.ai's commission on spending comes back as credits.
- Use: credits are spent in the rewards catalogue.
- Get paid: a professional can accept payment in credits for their services.
- Withdraw: only verified professionals request a withdrawal, at the credit value.
Residents
- Part of the commission on the building's spending feeds the shared pot.
- Every resident sees the building catalogue and votes on proposals.
- An individual never withdraws money: credits are used only in the catalogue.
Individuals
- Part of Resid.ai's commission on your own spending comes back to you as credits.
- Your credits are used in the rewards catalogue.
- Your credit counter is shown in your space.
- An individual never withdraws money: credits are used only in the catalogue.
Professionals
- Accepting credits shows your services to clients in your area, in their catalogue.
- The client validates the job; without an answer, payment is automatic after the delay in force.
- You choose: rewards catalogue or a withdrawal request, reserved for verified professionals.
Building management
- Building management sees the pot's available credit.
- Only management proposes an item; after a majority vote, the pot pays.
- A building pot is never withdrawn as money.
A pot managed in full transparency
- Time saved: with an active mandate and the right granted by the building, the management company proposes a spend on the building's behalf, and can never keep or withdraw the credits.
- Funds kept safe: depending on the amount, direct payment, dual approval by the manager and the committee president, or an owners' vote, with thresholds set per currency.
- Trust: for a large spend only owners vote, once each; credits are held during the vote, then paid or returned to the pot.
- Overview: the management company sees one credit counter per managed building and a total, then opens a building's pot in one click.
- Transparency: every resident, owner or tenant, sees their building's spending history — date, purpose, amount, approval and vote result — with no private data.
This page explains how it works; purchases and withdrawals are made from your space.

Frequently asked questions about credits
Can you buy credits? No. Credits cannot be purchased with money: they are earned through rewards tied to eligible payments, via referral, or by being paid in credits for a service. Who can withdraw credits? Only verified professionals can request a withdrawal; the request is processed by the team and the bank transfer is made outside the app. Can a resident withdraw their credits? No, a resident uses their credits in the rewards catalog. Where can I see my balance? Your credit balance is displayed at the top of the app and in the Rewards section, along with your transaction history. How does referral work? You invite a resident or a professional. Once the professional is verified by the team, you receive a share of Resid.ai's commission on each of their payments for 12 months, at no cost to the referred person. Reward and commission rates are shown in the "What Resid.ai earns" box above.
